Q: Sessygal.com business hours?

A: Monday ~ Friday AM 9:00 ~ PM 6:00 (GMT+9) (closed on National holidays)

 

Q: Accepted payment methods?

A: Sessygal.com currently accepts various Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for all orders. At checkout, simply choose to process your payment. PayPal does not require accounts, so checkout is fast and easy.

 

Q: Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders?

A: No, at this time Sessygal.com does not accept Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders

 

Q: Shipping orders of 2kg or more?

A: Every order has to be less than 2kg (4.4lb). Customers who wish to purchase more than 2kg (4.4lb), we recommend you place two separate orders to avoid customs issues.

 

Q: International Shipping?

A: We offer worldwide shipping. For estimated shipping costs to your country please visit our shipping page.

 

Q: Unclaimed parcel returns?

A: If the parcel is returned to the Sessygal.com warehouse because it was unclaimed, you will get a refund for the order minus the cost of shipping cost. Sadly, we cannot refund shipping costs.

Q: Customs import taxes or documents such as MSDS?

A: Sessygal.com is not liable for packages refused or held by customs during the delivery process. We do our best to adhere to customs guidelines during shipping, but we can in no way guarantee the actions of customs officials on a country by country basis.

 

Q: I don’t have a PayPal account. How can I pay?

A: No problem! As long as you have a credit/debit card that can be used internationally

(Such as Visa or MasterCard), your payment can be processed through PayPal without having to create an account.

 

Q: Return a product?

A: If you decided to change your mind, you can return a product only if the product has not been opened and used. We are not able to take back any products that have been taken out of the original package, and any costs regarding the return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
